Jonathan Hill is currently a Senior Finance Manager at the Gates Foundation, where they focus on strategy, operations, and business development to support global development efforts. With extensive experience in finance and organizational leadership, they previously served as Acting CFO for Counterpart International and led a consulting business that supported international development NGOs. Jonathan has worked in 27 countries and has held various roles, including Vice President of Strategy and Operations Manager at DAI. They earned a B.A. in International Relations & Economics from Claremont McKenna College and an MBA in Operations & Finance from the University of Washington.
