Kristian Falshøj Pedersen is currently the Director of Operations for BILA Automation at BILA a/s. They have extensive experience in the company, having previously served as Head of Mechanical Engineering and in various other roles, including værkfører and Konstruktør & Projektleder. Kristian completed their education at euc nordvest, earning degrees in innovation product and production as well as in Klejnsmed. They also pursued professional development in People Management and Motivational Leadership at TACK International Denmark in 2017.
