Previously, Dees served as the National Sales and Marketing Director at Servest SA from 2013 to 2018, focusing on business growth and positioning the brand as a market leader. Prior to that, they held various roles, including National Sales & National Director at Servest Multi-Service Group and Senior Lecturer at Damelin, where they facilitated courses in sales and marketing. Dees holds a Higher National Diploma in Business Management and a Postgraduate Degree in Business Administration from Damelin and the University of South Africa, respectively.
