Aren Israilyan has an extensive background in sales and management, currently serving as an Export Manager at BIC since June 2025. Prior to this role, Aren worked as a Channel Sales Executive at pladis Global from May 2022 to June 2025. Aren's experience in the coffee industry includes serving as an Account Manager for Key Accounts and Sales Executive at Julius Meinl Coffee Group from January 2016 to April 2022. Additionally, Aren held the position of Quality Control Manager at Julius Meinl Turkey from January 2015 to January 2016. Aren completed a Bachelor's degree in Physics at Marmara University between 2009 and 2014 and attended Liceo Italiano from 2004 to 2009.
