Amanda McGrady is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner for Technology & Operations at Cantor Fitzgerald since October 2017, providing strategic counsel across all HR functions for 500 U.S. employees. Previously, Amanda held roles such as Human Resources Junior Business Partner and Human Resources Coordinator within the same organization. Amanda also worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at BGC Group, and earlier experience includes positions as a Human Resources Assistant at RKF and as an HR representative at Capstone Investment Advisors. Amanda holds a Bachelor’s Degree with a double major in Marketing and Business Management from Commonwealth University-Bloomsburg.
