Bob Hansen has worked in the IT industry since 1997. Bob began their career as an Intern at PDR B.V., where they later became a System Administrator and Software Developer/System Administrator Team Lead. In 2005, they joined Monitor 24-7 Inc Service Desk Software as a Solutions Engineer, where they led the redesign of the user interface, resulting in a 25% increase in sales. Bob also implemented IncidentMonitor and ITIL processes based on system requirements for customers around the world. In 2020, Bob joined Betty Blocks as a Technical Consultant.

Bob Hansen attended Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences from 1994 to 1997, studying HTS Informatica.
