Andrew O'Dell is a seasoned professional in the sports industry with a diverse background in data analysis and team management. Currently serving as a Senior Associate and PR Data Analyst at BetMGM since October 2021, and as the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of FireZone Analytics since July 2022, O'Dell focuses on implementing strategies to enhance recruitment processes. Previous experience includes roles as a Sports Trader at Simplebet and various positions with the National Football League, including GSIS Gameday Application Support and GSIS Support, Statistics, and Quality Assurance. O'Dell has also contributed as the Official Statistician of the XFL and has experience in quality control and equipment consultancy within collegiate football. An alumnus of The University of Southern Mississippi, O'Dell holds a Bachelor's degree in Sport Management.
