Dzmitry Hancharou is an experienced technical support professional with a strong background in managing technical operations and providing user support. Currently serving as L2 at Betera since May 2023, Dzmitry previously held the position of Technical Support Specialist at Alutech from February 2021 to May 2023, where responsibilities included organizing technical support, writing user instructions, manual testing, and communication with suppliers. Prior to Alutech, Dzmitry served as Senior Technical Support Specialist at А1 Беларусь from September 2016 to February 2021, overseeing a team and coordinating support tasks while providing training and troubleshooting assistance.
