To Luu is an experienced construction professional with a background in estimating and cost planning. From 2018 to 2022, To served as an Estimating Manager at Growthbuilt, following a progression of roles including Senior Estimator at the same company and various estimating positions across notable firms such as Probuild Constructions and ADCO Constructions. To holds a dual degree in Civil Engineering and Accounting from the University of Sydney, completed in 2005, and has also worked at BESIX Watpac as an Estimating & Cost Planning Manager in 2024.
