We’re looking for our first Manager of Insurance Operations & Compliance in the UK to scale our insurer partnership operations and UK regulatory compliance activities as we grow, getting hands on in everything from new product launches to our biggest partnerships.
You don't need to be a compliance expert - you'll work closely with our Legal and Compliance advisors who will be able to guide and advise you on technical points.
This is a fantastic opportunity for you to blend your insurance knowledge, commercial nuance and data literacy skills and have a strong impact across all aspects of our scaling business.

What You’ll Do
As the Insurance Operations & Compliance Manager n the UK, you’ll be responsible for scaling our UK regulatory compliance and insurance oversight activities as we grow, getting hands on in everything from new product launches to our biggest partnerships.
You’ll report to our Chief Commercial & Insurance Officer UK and have direct engagement with our UK Board of Directors and talented team members from across the business.
