The Engineering and Design team at Bensonwood is responsible for creating detailed architectural and structural plans for sustainable, energy-efficient residential and commercial buildings. Leveraging advanced 3D design and virtual fabrication techniques, the team ensures precise offsite fabrication of building components, minimizing on-site construction time. They work collaboratively to innovate and refine prefabrication processes, ensuring high quality and performance in every project.

Engineering and Design

The Construction and Safety team at Bensonwood is responsible for overseeing the on-site assembly and erection of prefabricated building components, ensuring both efficiency and adherence to safety standards. The Job Captain/carpenter manages the construction workflow and supervises the carpentry tasks, while the Timber Framer specializes in assembling and securing the timber structures. The Safety Coordinator ensures that all construction activities comply with safety regulations, aiming to minimize risks and create a secure working environment. Together, they ensure that Bensonwood's sustainable, energy-efficient buildings are erected swiftly and safely.

The Marketing and Content Creation team at Bensonwood is responsible for promoting the company's sustainable, energy-efficient construction solutions through strategic marketing initiatives and engaging content. The Marketing Steward and Director spearhead the development of marketing strategies, while the Content Creator and Brand Ambassador produce compelling narratives and visuals to highlight Bensonwood's innovative prefabrication and high-quality building projects. Together, they aim to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement in the pursuit of a more sustainable built environment.
