Nizami Gadzhiev is a strategic and results-driven executive with over 15 years of experience in the international retail sector. Currently serving as Deputy Country Manager at Benetton Group since 2020, Nizami previously held the position of Commercial Director for Russia and CIS from 2015 to 2020, where responsibilities included P&L management and sales forecasting. Before joining Benetton, Nizami managed the sales department at Puma and held regional sales positions at Nike Russia, focusing on client relationships and sales strategies. Nizami earned a BS in Marketing from the Higher School of Economics and another BS in Mathematics Education from Astrakhan State University.
