Julie Strang is currently the Country Manager for Benefit Cosmetics in Ireland, overseeing operations across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland since 2008. In this role, they focus on strategic planning, sales forecasting, and training while seeking retail partnerships to enhance brand visibility. Prior to this, Julie served as General Manager at Ulster Stores from 2005 to 2008, managing retail operations for multiple locations, and held various roles at Marks and Spencers PLC from 1996 to 2005, including Store Manager where they implemented brand strategies and ensured a high-quality shopping experience. Julie earned a BA Hons in Literature and Arts from Trinity College, Dublin, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Public Administration & Legal Studies from the University of Ulster.
