Jess Banks is an experienced educator and leader in the field of education, having served as a sixth-grade mathematics teacher at Crawford W. Long Middle School from 2007 to 2010. Jess has been involved with Teach For America as a 2007 Corps Member and later as a faculty advisor, providing mentorship and training to new teachers. In subsequent roles, Jess has held positions at various educational organizations, including BellXcel as Vice President of Learning & Innovation and BELL as National Director of Program Design, focusing on program development and improvement based on data analysis. Jess holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Vermont.
