Josh Kohrs is a construction and property management leader with over 12 years of experience in large-scale capital projects and cross-functional teams. Currently, Josh serves as the Director of Construction Services at Bell Partners, where they lead construction efforts across the western U.S. and manage a contract administration team. Over a nine-year tenure at Bell, Josh advanced from Project Superintendent to Regional Construction Manager before stepping into a strategic leadership role. Josh has completed leadership coursework through Harvard Business School and is on track to achieve CAPM and PMP certifications by 2025.
