Maksym Halushka currently serves as a Subject Matter Expert in Third-Party Risk Management within the DPO Office at Belfius, focusing on the assessment and monitoring of third parties to ensure compliance with privacy and data security standards. Previously, in the NPAP team as an Operational Risk Manager, Maksym assessed risks related to functional changes within the bank. At HeadMind Partners, from September 2020 to December 2023, Maksym managed the commercial development of the Cyber Risk & Security business unit, achieving significant growth in both consultants and sales. Earlier experience includes roles at Deutsche Bank as a Personal Advisor and Financial Advisor, and a brief position at CBC Banque & Assurance as a Commercial Advisor. Maksym holds a Master’s degree in Business Management from Université de Namur and has completed additional studies in Financial Planning at Antwerp Management School and a Bachelor's degree in Tax & Accounting from Haute École de Namur-Liège-Luxembourg.
