Monika Auguscik serves as the Global Legal Manager for BEES and AB InBev, both positions held since December 2024. As a TechGC Member since February 2024, Monika participates in an exclusive community focused on sharing legal best practices among General Counsels. Previously, Monika held the role of General Counsel at Pdftools and Smallpdf, where responsibilities included managing all legal matters and establishing legal departments as the first legal hire. Monika's experience also encompasses a position as Legal Counsel at Aon, where involvement extended to commercial contracts and pro bono initiatives across EMEA. Additional roles include freelance Solicitor for the Solicitors Regulation Authority, Visiting Lecturer in Blockchain at the British Law Centre, and various positions at Bevan Brittan LLP and Seth Lovis & Co Solicitors. Monika holds advanced degrees from the London School of Economics, KU Leuven, and ongoing education at Harvard Law School in Computer Science for Lawyers.
