Riham Al Ashmar is a People and Culture Manager at BEEORDER with over 15 years of experience in human resources and administration. They previously held positions as an HR & Administrative Manager at DTIC and Human Resources Manager at Al Mashreq Investment Fund, where they developed extensive skills in recruitment, performance appraisal, and organizational development. Riham founded HR Syria, focusing on recruitment and HR strategic planning, and was involved in event management as the owner of I Plan for Event Management & PR. Riham earned a Bachelor's Degree in Translation from Damascus University, further enriching their diverse expertise.
