Russ Holton is an experienced professional in building management systems, currently serving as the Senior Director of Building Systems at Bedrock Detroit since September 2016. In this role, Russ leads the design, integration, project management, and commissioning of building management systems across a portfolio of 55 commercial and residential sites totaling approximately 15 million square feet. Prior to this position, Russ held roles as Controls Department Foreman and Service Technician at W.J. O'Neil Company from 2008 to 2016, with specialized certifications in various control systems. Earlier in the career, Russ worked as a Controls Technician at McKenna Heating and Cooling, Inc. and as a Commercial HVAC Service Technician at Flame Furnace Company. Russ holds a certification in Energy Management and Systems Technology from Henry Ford College, completed from 1990 to 1992.
