Chris Morris is the Service Director for Education, SEND, and School Infrastructure at Bedford Borough Council. With a history of serving as a Senior Education Welfare Officer and Manager for the SEND Programme, Chris has consistently worked to improve services in the Local Authority and NHS. Passionate about enhancing outcomes for children and young people, Chris oversees multiple initiatives, including the council's SEND system and school capital programmes, fostering collaboration among schools to achieve the best educational outcomes. Chris earned their degree from the University of Exeter between 2005 and 2008.
