Jason Lee, PHR, is an experienced operations leader and strategist with a proven record of driving growth, building processes, and scaling teams. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Member & Digital Experience Operations at BECU, they have previously held significant roles at companies such as Relevize, where they helped scale the startup and drive substantial growth. Jason's extensive background also includes roles in hospitality and photography, with notable accomplishments at Airbnb and Fairmont Hotels & Resorts. They hold a B.A. in Philosophy and Film Studies from Emory University and a Master's in Management in Hospitality from Cornell University.
