Rafael Gonzalez is a mechanical engineer with extensive experience in medical device product development and systems engineering. They have held various roles at BD, including Staff Engineer and R&D Senior Engineer, where they designed complex components and adhered to FDA guidelines while training others in Six Sigma methodologies. Previously, Rafael worked at Standard Motor Products and Delphi, focusing on optimizing components and leading product development lifecycles. Educated at prestigious institutions such as Georgia Institute of Technology and Stanford University, Rafael is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Systems Engineering at Johns Hopkins University.
