Nadia Bouri is a project manager at BD, where they oversee product industrialization projects, ensuring safety, quality, cost, and scheduling objectives are met. Previously, they served as a production supervisor at BD, managing a team of 40 operators and ensuring compliance with QHSE standards. Nadia has also worked as a continuous improvement engineer at several companies, including ASP and Hager Group, where they focused on process optimization and efficiency enhancements. They hold an engineering degree in industrial engineering from Polytech'Marseille and a Green Belt certification in lean management from ECAM Lyon.
