Davide Aprile is currently the Regional VP of HR for Latin America at BD, a position held since 2016. With extensive experience in the Life Sciences, Pharma, and Medical Devices sectors, Davide previously served as the Regional Human Resources Director for Latin America and the HR Director for BD Brazil. Earlier in their career, Davide held senior HR roles at Novartis and Zambon, as well as a project management position at Accenture. Davide earned a degree in Economics from FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado and studied Economia e Commercio at Università Bocconi.
