Joseph Collins is a seasoned Project Manager at Bechtel Corporation, where they have worked since 2005, guiding complex infrastructure and power projects while overseeing functional teams. Previously, between 1986 and 1995, they served as a Structural Engineer and Design Engineering Manager at the same company, supporting the construction and maintenance of power stations and leading design teams for infrastructure development. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and a Master’s in Engineering Management from The George Washington University.
