Csilla Tóth is currently the Studio Operations Lead at BEAT81, where they oversee studio operations, managing shift flows and team coordination. They previously held roles at BEAT81 as a Studio Operations Assistant and at MUGENIO GmbH as a Business & Legal Strategy Specialist Intern, contributing to business development, legal documentation, and operational efficiency in startup environments. Csilla has also worked as a VAT Assistant at Henkel, focusing on VAT compliance across multiple EU countries, and as a Marketing, Partnerships & Business Development Associate at Walkolution, where they led marketing initiatives and strategic planning. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Law from Univerzita Komenského v Bratislave and studied International Law and Legal Studies at Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca.
