Ashleigh Kaminsky is currently the Associate Director, Human Resources Business Partner at Beam Therapeutics, where they contribute to pioneering CRISPR base editing technologies for genetic medicines. Previously, Ashleigh held roles in talent acquisition and resource planning at several biotech and pharmaceutical companies, including Vertex Pharmaceuticals and PRA Health Sciences. Ashleigh also has experience in project management with Pearson Learning Solutions and has worked as an IT Recruiter at Norwin Technologies. They earned a BA in Journalism and Environmental Conservation from the University of New Hampshire in 2012.
