Fiona Kempster currently serves as the Head of Strategic Partnerships at Beam, an organization dedicated to creating equality of opportunity for disadvantaged individuals. Prior to this role, Fiona was an early contributor to the EdTech scale-up Multiverse, where they supported expansion from 25 to 250 employees while leading the Early Talent Team. Fiona's earlier experience includes serving as Curriculum Leader and Teacher of Religious Education and Philosophy and Ethics at Teach First from 2015 to 2017. Fiona earned a First Class Honours degree from the University of Birmingham, completing their studies in 2014.
