Sushmita Phogat is currently the Head of Sourcing and Production at BeachLunchLounge and Trove, where they coordinate production and sales for major clients including Walmart, Nordstrom, and Bloomingdales. Sushmita graduated with an MBA in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside and also holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Delhi. They have gained diverse experience in marketing and production through various roles, including Management Trainee positions at LNJ Bhilwara Group and Grasim Industries Limited. Additionally, Sushmita has completed training in Graphic Designing and Digital Marketing and is open to further career opportunities in marketing and branding.
