Kingsley Seale is an experienced team specialist currently serving as the Operations Director and Joint Managing Director at Be Challenged, where they implement proven learning programs that foster engagement and connection. With nearly a decade of team development experience, Kingsley previously held roles as a Rugby Development Officer at Knox Grammar School and as a professional rugby player for Venezia Mestre. They also contributed as a Kids Sports Coach at DynoMite Sports and gained experience at Morgan McKinley and the NSW Waratahs. Kingsley holds a Diploma in Athlete Support Services, Strength & Conditioning from Meadowbank TAFE.
