Joe Zhou, CPA, is currently the International Tax Managing Director at BDO USA, LLP, a position they have held since 2020. Previously, Joe worked as an International Tax Manager at PwC from 2017 to 2020 and served as a Senior Accountant at Jeff Pickering CPA from 2011 to 2013. Joe also gained experience as a Volunteer Tax Preparer in the VITA Program in 2010 and completed an Audit/Control Internship at McKesson in 2011.
