Nicole Ortiz Fleischmann has extensive experience in consulting and finance, having held various leadership positions. At CrossCountry Consulting from June 2016 to December 2020, Nicole advanced from Associate Director to Managing Consultant. Following this, Nicole worked at CrossVue as Director from April 2022 to March 2023, and is currently serving as Managing Director at BDO USA since April 2023. Nicole's earlier experience includes a role as Senior Associate in Audit and Risk Advisory Services at KPMG US from August 2005 to August 2008, and serving as Director of Finance at The Children's Guild between January 2010 and December 2013.
