Shevani Govender is a seasoned talent management professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Talent Manager at BDO South Africa since October 2023, Shevani previously held the role of Talent Development and Wellness Program Manager at EY from November 2016 to September 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing talent development programs, coordinating talent mapping across Africa, and strategic reporting on training initiatives. Prior to that, Shevani worked as a Senior Operations Consultant at Deloitte and contributed to various roles in learning and development at EY and HR administration at WSP Group. Shevani holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management from the University of South Africa, complemented by a Matric exemption from Dundee Secondary School.
