Nicholas Glenning is a Senior Partner and Managing Director at The Boston Consulting Group in Melbourne, with over 30 years of consulting experience in Australia and the US. Throughout their career, Nicholas has focused on delivering large-scale change programs across various sectors, particularly in financial services, leading initiatives such as digitization, post-merger integration, and private equity due diligence. They previously headed BCG’s Asia Pacific Corporate Development practice and led the Melbourne office. Nicholas also supports entrepreneurs in scaling their start-ups to sustainable businesses. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering and a Master of Business Administration.
