Anna Raven-Hansen is currently the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at the Boston Consulting Group, a position they have held since 2023. They previously worked as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company from 2017 to 2019, and they consulted independently for the Ross Initiative in Sports for Equality in 2015. Anna's career began with internships at MALDEF in 2004 and they progressively advanced through various roles at CEB between 2007 and 2009. Anna holds a BA in Public Policy Studies and African and African American Studies from Duke University and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School.
