Erica Behm is a design professional currently employed at BB+M Architecture since July 2025. Having previously held roles at Clemson University as a Graduate Assistant from September 2023 to May 2025 and as an Architectural Intern at HDJ Architects / Engineers from May 2024 to September 2024, Erica has developed a robust foundation in architecture. Prior experience includes serving as a Graduate Architect at HDJ Architects / Engineers from June 2022 to August 2023 and working as an Enhanced Intern at Architectural Resource in 2021. Earlier roles involved customer service positions, including catering serving at the University of Michigan, cashiering at Countryside Greenhouse and Captain Custard, and as a sales associate at Borrs Shoes and Accessories. Erica holds a Master of Architecture from Clemson University and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture with Environmental Science from the University of Michigan.
