Katarina Jozić is the Head of Operations and Project Management at BB Agency, where they have held this role since 2025. Previously, they served as Project Management Team Lead and Project Manager at the same agency. Katarina's experience includes positions as a Sponsorships Coordinator at Money Motion and as an Account Manager and Senior Account Executive at 404 agency. They began their career as a Proofreader at Sportske novosti and have also worked as an Assistant Editor and Proofreader at H.O.M.E. magazine. Katarina earned a Master's degree in Linguistics, Croatian language, and literature from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Zagreb, completing their studies in 2015.
