Stefan Roggan is an expert in chemical and thermal safety at Bayer since 2010, focusing on the analysis of chemical processes and evaluating thermally safe storage conditions using various physical test methods. Previously, Stefan held the title of Laborleiter for Pressure Reactions, overseeing feasibility studies and process development in hydrogenation and carbonylation reactions, as well as serving as a Manager in research and development for nanomaterials synthesis and catalysis. Stefan completed postdoctoral research at Humboldt Universität zu Berlin and UC Berkeley, specializing in novel catalysts for water oxidation and molecular compound immobilization.
