Salvador Montalbán Conesa is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as the Production Director of SoftGels and Liquids at Bayer, Salvador has also held various leadership roles within the organization, including Technical Expert Group Director. Prior to Bayer, Salvador worked as a project technician at Grupo Industrial Mavisa and a project engineer at Grifols, where they further developed their expertise. Salvador holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Cartagena and is currently pursuing a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma at the Juran Institute.
