Raphael Oen is currently the Head of Internal Audit and Risk Management at Bayer, having previously held various leadership roles within the company, including Head of BHC Compliance and Head of Compliance China. Prior to their time at Bayer, they worked as an Associate at Clifford Chance. Raphael holds multiple degrees in Law from esteemed institutions, including a Ph.D. from Freie Universität Berlin and a degree from The London School of Economics and Political Science. They also participated in a scholarship program focusing on language and practical experience in Japan.
