Mayk Kresse is a licensed pharmacist and Senior Scientific Director in Pharmaceutical Sciences, with decades of experience in the development of container closure systems and drug-device combination products. They have held various roles, including Scientist and Project Manager at the Institut for Diagnostic Research, Head of QC Packaging, and Head of Packaging Development at Schering and Bayer Pharmaceuticals. As of 2023, Mayk serves as a Drug Device Innovation Expert at Bayer Pharmaceuticals, specializing in barrier packaging for solid dosage forms. They obtained their Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from Freie Universität Berlin and have an extensive academic background in pharmacy from the same institution.
