Matthias Eggert has extensive experience in regional coordination and management, having served as the Head of APAC, Africa, and Latin America at Bayer. Previously, they were a Senior Project Manager in Mergers & Acquisitions and Managing Director and CFO of Bayer Philippines, Inc., where they oversaw various operational responsibilities and led significant organizational changes. Prior to their tenure at Bayer, they held positions at BHF-BANK and Deutsche Bank in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Finance sectors, respectively. Matthias holds an M.B.A. from Eastern Illinois University and a Diploma in Economics from the University of Cologne.
