Justin Kayser is an accomplished mechanical engineer with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Principal Mechanical Engineer at Bayer since May 2023, Justin previously held the position of Senior Mechanical Engineer at the same company from January 2018 to May 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Mechanical Design Engineer and Lead Mechanical Design Engineer at SunEdison Semiconductor and SunEdison, respectively, where Justin specialized in the design and analysis of cooling water vessels and heavy-duty handling equipment. Earlier in the career, Justin worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Innoventor, Inc., and as a Design Engineer at Boeing. Justin holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology and the University of Missouri-Rolla, respectively.
