Christoph Berns, PhD, is a seasoned ML Scientist with a focus on Pharma R&D and applied machine learning. They served as a Senior Quantitative Analyst at ODDO BHF from 2015 to 2017, followed by a role as a Risk Manager in Financial Services at KPMG Deutschland until 2015. Christoph later led data science initiatives at areto consulting gmbh and held prominent positions including Head of Machine Learning Engineering at Bayer in 2022. Additionally, they contributed as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Bielefeld University from 2011 to 2012.
