Brennan Kluesner is currently the Systems & Engineering Reliability Team Lead at Bayer Crop Science, where they have been since 2021. Prior to this role, Brennan served as a Reliability Engineer at Bayer Crop Science from 2020 to 2021 and worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer at General Automatic Transfer Co. in 2019. They gained foundational experience as a Mechanical Engineering Technician at both Monsanto Company and Bayer Crop Science, and as an Engineering Intern at Max-Air Technology, Inc. Brennan earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville, in 2017.
