Rob Sauda is the Associate Director of HST MIP at Baxter, where they leverage extensive experience in project portfolio management and cost savings initiatives. Previously, they served as Sr. Manager for both Hillrom and Baxter International Inc., achieving significant cost savings and team growth. Rob also held a managerial role at Welch Allyn, overseeing cost reduction projects and team development. An active participant in community initiatives, Rob has officiated for NCAA and USA Hockey, as well as served as a linesman in the American Hockey League. They earned a BS in Electrical Engineering Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
