Olivier Dahlem is a senior leader in Pharmaceutical R&D Sciences and Engineering, currently serving as Vice President of R&D at Baxter International Inc. Since 2022, Olivier has led the R&D teams for Clinical Nutrition and Medication Delivery IV Solution Business Units, managing a pipeline that includes sterile drug products and digital solutions. Previously, from 1998 to 2006, Olivier held various roles at Eli Lilly & Company, including Manager of GMP Operations and Six Sigma Black Belt. Olivier holds a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Ecole polytechnique de Bruxelles and a Ph.D. in Applied Sciences from Université libre de Bruxelles.
