Beth Paradise serves as the Director of Human Resources at Bath & Body Works since July 2021. Previously, Beth held the same title at PSEB LLC Pacsun/Eddie Bauer from August 2015 to July 2021, where responsibilities included developing HR strategies aligned with business objectives and leading recruiting efforts. Before this, Beth was the Director of Human Resources at NBTY, collaborating with corporate supply chain leadership to execute strategic HR initiatives. At The NPD Group, Inc., from May 2007 to September 2014, Beth acted as a strategic consultant for HR practices across various business units globally. Earlier experience includes a role as Human Resources Manager at Citigroup Private Bank, focusing on executing organizational strategies within multiple financial service areas. Beth holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Human Resource Management and Organizational Leadership from Miami University.
