Barbara Belk, Ph.D. SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished leader in People & Culture and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Culture & Belonging and Associate Engagement at Bath & Body Works since April 2025, Barbara previously held prominent roles at Kaiser Permanente, including Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Leader for the Pacific Northwest Market and Regional Director of Learning & Organizational Effectiveness. With a strong emphasis on relational collaboration and cultural inclusivity, Barbara has been recognized as one of the top 86 DEI leaders in the United States. Previous roles include Principal Consultant for National Organizational Effectiveness at Kaiser Foundation Health Plan and external consulting and executive coaching for Ernst & Young. Barbara's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology and advanced training in Organizational Development from Columbia University.
