Benjamin Pappas is an experienced executive based in the Pacific Northwest, currently serving as the CEO of Bates Group and Forward Looking Strategy & Finance. They have held various leadership roles, including Chair of the Board of Directors at Princeton Property Management and Galt Foundation. Previously, Benjamin served as President and COO at Bates Group, as well as in senior roles at D.A. Davidson Companies and Merrill Lynch.
